yay! Finally got around to doing more emote/pixel art!

I had so much fun doing this one
It's taken over 4 hours to make.... probably more like 6 xD heehee
I already started animating the first panel (they're just going to be minor animations, nothing long)
anyways, I should be sleeping right now but I got carried away xD

First of all, I have to say this totally reminded me of an old Pink Panther cartoon. LOL! Okay, on to the comic. First of all, as I warned, the static version of this strip was the one judged. I think the animated version works better (and which you got a DD on) because the story is so simple.
That said, you did a fine job telling the story minimalistically. Your use of a large emoticon was inspired and helped give the piece more scope. The shadow-work and shading was very well-done.
I can't find a lot to complain about other than I think you might have made the last panel a wee bit lighter as it is hard to make out the detail of the emote in the darkness. Doing "darkened-room" scenes is always tricky, though. So it's a small nit-pick.
